Excursions and visits
Costa Brava Coastal Tour (included). We visit Tossa de Mar, a typical Catalan coastal town, Lloret de Mar, the busiest and liveliest resort on the coast, and Blanes, once known for its lace.
Barcelona (included); Sightseeing Tour (optional). Enjoy a full day in the stunning Catalan capital is a modern.  Wander through its charming streets, sample the local cuisine in a tapas bar, and join our optional sightseeing tour, with English speaking guide, to see the main sights including, Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia Cathedral, the Olympic Stadium, and ‘Las Ramblas’, a pedestrianised street, lined with outdoor markets, shops, restaurants and cafés.
Montserrat (optional). Amidst amazing scenery, the monastery attracts pilgrims to the famous 12th-century black statue of the Virgin. The chapels, beautiful Basilica and often-turbulent history make this a fascinating place to visit. On a clear day, the Pyrenees, and even Mallorca, can be seen from the mountain.
Girona (optional). You have the chance today to join our optional excursion to Girona, the ‘city of 1000 sieges’ with it cathedral and old shopping area.  This ancient walled town stands proudly where the Rivers Ter and Onyar meet and is the chief town of the province of Girona.  Roman ruins can be found throughout the city, but are most impressive at the Passeig Arqueologic (archeological walk), which follows the original Roman rampart.

Your hotels
You’ll stay for five nights at the 3-star Hotel Volga in the coastal resort town of Calella. The hotel, popular with Leger guests for some years now, is in the centre of town and close to the beach. The hotel has a lift, bar, restaurant, lounge and outdoor swimming pool. All bedrooms have T.V., telephone, safety deposit box, hairdryer, air-conditioning and central heating.  The hotel provides a regular entertainment programme during the day and evening.

Overnight stays in the Paris area are in city-style hotels.
