Your holiday itinerary
Day 1 Local departure by coach, then to Paisley for an overnight stay. (D)
Day 2 Loch Lomond and Monarch of the Glen - We travel along Loch Lomond to Glencoe, then to Fort William. Our scenic tour continues past Neptune's Staircase at Banavie and later Spean Bridge, then along beautiful Loch Laggan towarda Laggan, better known as 'Glenbogle' in the 'Monarch of the Glen' series. We arrive for three nights at our hotel in Newtonmore. (B,D)
Day 3 Speyside, Aviemore and Whiskey Trail - Enjoy an optional tour of Speyside, forever associated with the classic malt whiskies. We head first to Aviemore and then to Grantown on Spey, before we join the Whiskey Trail with avisit to one of the distilleries for a tour and tasting. (B,D)
Day 4 Kyle Railway Line - Included visit to Inverness, from where we make our way to Kyle of Localsh along the picturesque Kyle Railway line, which is regarded by many as one of the most beautiful rail journeys in Europe, offering spectacular views of the area. (B,D)
Day 5 Pitlochry, Dunkeld and Perth - We leave Newtonmore and head south to Pitlochry, situated amidst lush wooded, craggy mountains and tumbling streams and lochs. We continue to Dunkeld, Scotland's smallest city and then Perth on the banks of the River Tay. We continue to our overnight hotel in South Lanarkshire and this evening enjoy a Scottish farewell party with dinner, music and dance. (B,D)
Day 6 Return home. (B)

Your hotels
You'll stay for one night at the 3-star Watermill Hotel in Paisley, new Glasgow, then three nights at the 2-star standard Balavil Hotel or similar in Newtonmore. Your last night will be at the 3-star Shawlands Hotel near Stonehouse, or similar. All hotels have a restaurant and bar and bedrooms have T.V and telephone.
