Holiday itinerary
Day 1 UK to Zoetermeer - To Dover for the ferry crossing to Calais, then into Holland for a late arrival at the Golden Tulip Zoetemeer. 
Days 2 to 4 Zoetermeer - At leisure in Zoetermeer. Enjoy our two included excursions to a steam museum  and a cheese farm. We also visit bustling Amsterdam, where you can explore this capital city at your leisure, visit one of the famous museums or join our included canal cruise. Our optional excursion explores Rotterdam and Kinderdijk, a village full of windmills.
Day 5 Zoetermeer to UK - After an early breakfast we travel back through Holland and Belgium to Calais, Dover then home.

Included excursions
Half Day Steamtram Museum - Pay a visit to the Steamtram Museum and step on board for one of the most thrilling journeys through time. This Museum focuses on the history of the steam tramways in Holland. In the Historic Triangle between the ancient "Zuiderzee" towns of Hoorn and Medemblik, steam trams cross from village to village across the Westfrisian.
Half Day Cheese farm - Visit a 17th century cheese farm making traditional Gouda cheeses. We will learn how to make this traditional Dutch cheese before having the opportunity to make your own.
Full Day Amsterdam - We explore the dazzling capital, with its tree-lined canals crossed by pretty hump-backed bridges, cobbled streets lined with stately merchant houses and colourful flower markets. Our experience includes a wonderful canal cruise and a visit to a diamond factory.
