Holiday Itinerary
Day 1 UK to Liege to Dover for the short crossing to Calais, across Northern France and then into Belgium and Liege for our overnight stay.
Day 2 Liege to Kirchberg This morning we cross the German border and continue southwards through Bavaria, along the Inn Valley and into the Austrian Tyrol. We reach Kirchberg in time for dinner. (B,D)
Days 3 to 7 Kirchberg At leisure in Kirchberg, with three included excursions, including visits to the charming Austrian cities of Innsbruck and Salzburg. (B,L,D)
Day 8 Kirchberg to Liege We return to Germany and then into Belgium to Liege in time for dinner and our final overnight stay. (B,D)
Day 9 Liege to UK to Calais for the ferry to Dover, from where you will be returned to your original joining point. (B)

Full Day Innsbruck The capital of the Tyrol is a lively city situated on the River Inn, with the spectacular backdrop of the Nordkette mountains. Here you can see the famous Golden Roof and visit the Hofburg Chapel and Palace. The old town offers a wide selection of shops along the Maria Theresien Strasse.
Full Day Salzburg The city of Salzburg is world-famous, home of ‘The Sound of Music’ and birthplace of Mozart. Enjoy the old town with its impressive fortress and cathedral, visit the house where Mozart was born in the quaint Getreidegasse or simply take a break amongst the flowers in the Mirabell gardens.
Half Day Tratzberg Castle We visit Tratzberg castle, a former hunting lodge built by Maximilian I, with its intricate Renaissance wooden ceilings.
