Holiday itinerary
Day 1 UK to Ghent/Terneuzen We travel from Dover for the crossing to Calais and then continue to Ghent/Terneuzen arriving at your chosen hotel in time for dinner. (D)
Days 2 to 4 Ghent/Terneuzen At leisure in Ghent/Terneuzen. Enjoy our included excursion to the wonderful gardens
at Keukenhof to admire the floral displays of tulips, daffodils, narcissi, hyacinths and many other flowering bulbs. Seven themed gardens are set in over 50 acres of majestic parkland. We have also included excursions to Bruges, considered to be one of the most perfectly preserved medieval cities in Europe; and the charming city of Antwerp with a wealth of historical sights. (B,D)
Day 5 Ghent/Terneuzen to UK We travel to Calais for the crossing to Dover and home. (B)

Full Day Keukenhof Gardens Discover the floral magic of the glorious Keukenhof Gardens as you stroll around the seven themed gardens, which successfully combine traditional and modern landscape gardening. The never ending variety of spring bulbs and flowers, overwhelming colours and scents are unforgettable.
Full Day Bruges Enjoy the charming city of Bruges with its treelined canals, hump-backed bridges, cobbled streets and alleys lined with gabled houses.
Full Day Antwerp This charming city is known as the world capital of diamonds and boasts a rich cultural past. It is also home of the famous artist Rubens, whose many works can be found in the city including the impressive cathedral with a slender lacework  spire.

Ghent Stay in charming Ghent, the Flower City of Belgium, and enjoys a wealth of historical sights. The Hotel Ascona extends a very warm welcome to Belgium, a good base for exploring the city, Keukenhof Gardens, and nearby Bruges and Antwerp.
