Holiday itinerary
Day 1 UK to Belgium To Dover, Calais, and into Belgium for an overnight stay.
Day 2 Belgium to Prague Through Germany and into the Czech Republic, arriving at the Hotel Pyramida (4*) in Prague for
dinner and a two night stay, located within walking distance of the Castle District. (B,D)
Day 3 Prague Our included morning city tour will introduce you to the main sights of Prague including the Castle District, with its splendid views over the Vltava River, the famous Charles Bridge and the colourful Old Town Square. (B,D)
Day 4 Prague to Vienna Today we travel from Prague to the elegant city of Vienna, arriving at the Derag Hotel Kaiser Franz
Joseph (4*) in time for dinner and a three night stay. This comfortable hotel is located in the 19th district of Wien-Döbling, approximately 20 minutes by tram or coach into the city centre. (B,D)
Day 5 Vienna Enjoy an included guided sightseeing tour of Vienna this morning. You’ll see the impressive Ringstrasse, a horseshoe-shaped boulevard which surrounds the inner city, the famous Vienna State Opera House, the Spanish Riding School, home to the white Lippizaner horses, and the Schönbrunn Palace. Day 6 Budapest Today we take a full day excursion from Vienna to the Hungarian capital of Budapest, with its grand
old buildings and sweeping bridges. We offer an optional guided sightseeing tour to see the main sights of this city, beautifully situated across the banks of the mighty river Danube. (B,D)
Day 7 Vienna to Würzburg We travel into Germany, arriving at our hotel in the Wurzburg area for an overnight stay. (B,D)
Day 8 Würzburg to N. France We travel to northern France, for our last night’s stay. (B,D)
Day 9 N. France to UK To Calais for the ferry crossing to Dover, then home. (B)
