Holiday Itinerary
Day 1 UK to Holland - Dover, Calais, then through Belgium and into Holland for an overnight stay.
Day 2 Holland to Malmo - To Puttgarden for the ferry crossing to Rodby in Denmark. We then head north to Malmo in time for dinner at our overnight hotel, Quality Hotel Konserthuest. (B,D)
Day 3 Malmo to Stockholm - North to Sweden and the Quality Hotel Nacka or similar in Stockholm. (B,D)
Day 4 Stockholm to Sundsvall - We enjoy some free time in Stockholm before continuing north to Sundsvall. Overnight a the centrally located Clarion Collection Hotel. (B,D)
Day 5 Sundsvall to Lulea - Continuing north along the east coast we head to Lulea, just south of the Finnish border, and the Quality Hotel, Lulea. (B,D)
Day 6 Lulea to Tromso - Crossing the Arctic Circle, heading northwest to the capital of northern Norway for two nights at the Radisson Blu Hotel. (B,D)
Day 7 Tromso - An included guided walking tour of this wonderful city. Why not take a cable car ride up Mount Storsteinen, tour the world's northernmost brewery, or take a coastal cruise? Finally, marvel at the spectacle of the Midnight Sun. (B,D)
Day 8 Tromso to Bodo - We head south, with a trip on the Skarberget to Bognes ferry and the town of Bodo. Overnight at Radisson Blu Hotel, Bodo. (B,D)
Day 9 Bodo to Steinkjer - We continue south to Steinkjer at the mouth of the beautiful Beitstadfjord for a night at the Quality Grand Hotel. (B,D)
Day 10 Steinkjer to Roros - Heading inland through majestic scenery, before visiting Trondheim. We then head to Roros and our hotel for two nights, Hotel Roros. (B,D)
Day 11 Roros - An included guided walking tour in the morning, discovering this extraordinary town. (B,D)
Day 12 Roros to Oslo - Continue south, past Lillehammer, to Oslo. Overnight at the Hollmenkillen Rica Park Hotel. (B,D)
Day 13 Oslo to Copenhagen - Heading into Sweden we head to Copenhagen for our overnight stay at the Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel, Copenhagen. (B,D)
Day 14 Copenhagen to Hamburg - Morning guided city tour of the wonderful city of Copenhagen. Then a ferry into Germany and onto Hamburg for an overnight stay. (B,D)
Day 15 Hamburg to Northern France - Through Holland, Belgium and into France. (B,D)
Day 16 Northern France to UK - To Calais, Dover and then home.
