Holiday itinerary by air
Day 1 Fly to Spain - Fly from your chosen regional airport and transfer to Malgrat de Mar. (D)
Days 2 to 7 Malgrat - Time at leisure to enjoy the hotel facilities or why not join us on one of our optional excursions, which can be arranged with a Shearings representative. (B,L,D)
Day 8 Depart Malgrat - Transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK. (B)

Day 1 Depart UK - Across to Calais then settle for your overnight travel.
Day 2 Arrive Malgrat - An early morning drive across the Spanish border and lunchtime arrival in Malgrat. (D)
Days 3 to 7 Malgrat - A chance to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the hotel's great facilities as well as our included excursions to Barcelona, Blanes market and the Scenic Costa Brava coast. Take time to stroll along the promenade or explore the lovely old town. A Shearings representative will be on hand to look after your needs. (B,L,D)
Day 8 Depart Malgrat - An afternoon departure for the overnight journey. (B,L)
Day 9 Arrive UK - Calais, Dover then home.

Full day Barcelona - A chance to spend a day exploring this wonderful cosmopolitan city, with its amazing sights, brilliant bars and restaurants, lifely streets and many examples of its unusual Gaudi architecture, including his masterpeice "Sagrada Familia". This unfinished cathedral is simply stunning and its sheer size will leave you amazed.
Half day Scenic Costa Brava - We take a leisurely drive along the "Wild Coast of Spain", to enjoy the rocky cliffs, beautiful beaches, picturesque fishing villages and charming towns.
Half day Local Market - There are a wide variety of local specialities to sample and buy, including freshly caught seafood, fruits and olive oils at the traditional markets.

Hotel Monteplaya, Malgrat
